TERMS OF SERVICE FOR AUTHORS:
By submitting your blogpost(s) to us;
1. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the blogpost and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
2. Your submission to SoyVsParaffin.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your blogpost on the website and may be distributed to our Newsletter, Article Directory and/or RSS Feeds.
3. Your submission to SoyVsParaffin.com also gives unconditional permission for your blogposts to be reprinted in other ezines, websites and print publications. Publisher(s) are asked to follow our reprint rules, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is not our responsibility. If someone violates your copyright, it is your sole responsibility to take action against those who abuse your copyright if you so desire. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your blogposts.
4. It is up to our editors to decide to whether your blogpost is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your blogpost(s) will be published. We reserve the right to remove your blogpost(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.
5. The editors at SoyVsParaffin.com reserve the right to re-classify your blogpost in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
6. You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your blogpost. The primary reason for submitting your blogpost to our directory is for the chance to be picked up by other online publishers or webmasters to be reprinted to their respective audiences. There are also no guarantees your blogpost will be reprinted by anyone.
7. SoyVsParaffin.com reserves the right to publish ads on the same pages as your blogposts.
8. If your blogpost does not conform to our editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your blogpost so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your blogposts to save time and speed the blogpost approval process.
9. You declare that you will not submit any blogposts with affiliate links in them. We reject blogposts with direct affiliate links.
TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PUBLISHERS:
Attention Publishers & Webmasters; Our Reprint Policies:
1. If you wish to publish/reprint any blogpost from our site in your ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication, you must:
- Respect the copyrights of the authors by publishing the entire blogpost as it is with no changes.
- Agree to include the FULL Resource box or SIG line at the end of the blogpost.
- Agree not to change the title or content of the blogpost in any way.
- Agree to make all links so that they are Active/Linkable with no syntax changes.
- Agree to not put any of the blogposts found on this site to any web site that also contains warez, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, or expressions that promote hatred or profanity or racism or bigotry, or contains pornography or exploits children or animals or any human, or any other unlawful activities.
- Agree to never reprint any blogpost from this site via any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.
- Agree to never sell any blogpost from the SoyVsParaffin.com blog.
- Agree to never charge others to view any blogpost you reprint from our blog.
- Agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.
- Agree to not use any content from our site in audio or video derivatives whatsoever.
- Agree to never translate any content from our site in any language. You may not create derivative works from any of our content.
- Agree to not add any active links to any blogpost you reprint from our site. This unethical behavior would lead someone to believe falsely that the author of the blogpost endorses the active link when in fact there is no truth to that.
- Agree to never reprint any author photo or images found on our site.
2. Your use of anything connected to SoyVsParaffin.com, our newsletter, article directory, RSS feed or our website is completely at your own risk.
3. While SoyVsParaffin.com does not generally own the copyright to the blogposts found within our site, we do have permission for publishing them.
4. No additional permission is required from the author of any blogpost within our directory as long as you agree to every term listed above in section.
5. It is common courtesy to let an author know when you reprint their blogpost, but at this time we are not providing any authors email address beyond what they may include in an blogpost (please find it from their website link if their email address is not provided in the blogpost.)
6. If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting blogposts from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you. Please read Section 504(c)(2) (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504). You agree that any legal proceedings against you will occur in Buncombe County in the State of North Carolina, USA.
7. You agree to never use blogpost crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers or any automated script/software or method that attempts to mine the blogpost content on SoyVsParaffin.com. You acknowledge that we may block your access to our site and/or membership.
